Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma with 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience in contractor management and maintenance planning.
• Familiarity with preventive and corrective maintenance of M&E systems.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders to minimise operational impact.
• Driving licence Class 3 is advantageous.
• Team player and adaptable.

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute assigned maintenance work, upgrade projects, and operational initiatives while keeping facilities safe and serviceable.
• Conduct regular inspections, monitor performance, and implement proactive maintenance to boost asset reliability.
• Oversee contractors and vendors to ensure maintenance works meet requirements and minimise disruption.
• Identify, investigate, and resolve M&E issues; coordinate emergency response and incidents when needed.
• Oversee rectification works and restore normal operations.
• Drive continuous improvement in facilities management, efficiency, reliability, and regulatory compliance.
