The ideal candidate will have extensive management experience in M&E projects and hold a Bachelor's in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. This role offers a salary range of $12,000 - $14,000 per month, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM.

Qualifications

• Proven management experience in M&E consultancy, main contractor, or specialist firms.
• Completed full cycles of M&E-intensive projects and residential or hospitality projects.
• Familiar with green certifications (e.g., Green Mark / LEED) and equipment procurement.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage M&E teams at Head Office and project sites.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and corporate objectives.
• Monitor project execution, schedules, and cost-control performance.
