• Experience with CAD/BIM and building services is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, specify and oversee M&E installations for local and overseas properties.
• Review drawings and specs, propose optimizations for performance.
• Coordinate with contractors to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery.
• Perform site inspections, QA/QC, and manage procurement and documentation.
