Job description

Job Information:

• Working Day: 5.5 days (2 Saturday full day)

• Working Hour: 8am-6pm (Mon-Fri) / 8am-5pm (Sat)

• Salary: $3,800-$5,500

• Project Location: Central area

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for accomplishing the project objectives within the constraints such as project scope, time, cost and quality.

• Interpret technical designs and drawingsfor construction on-site.

• Ensure the project complies with regulations and clients’ specifications.

• Coordinate M&E services and prepare CSD/SEM drawings for submission.

• Coordinate the integration of Civil, Architectural and M&E works on site with clients, consultations and subcontractors.

• Plan, develop and monitor work schedules to ensure timely completion of allocated tasks and schedules.

• Prepare reports to clients and project manager on progress, delays, defects and rectification measures for the M&E works.

• Provide technical advice and resolve M&E technical issues.

• Reporting the progress of M&E works and arranging site inspections with system-wide contractors, sub-contractors and clerk-of-works.

• Adhere to safety and health regulations and aim for zero accident in the workplace.

• Ensure safety and housekeeping is to maintained to the highest standard.

Job Requirement:

• Minimum 5 years experience.

• Degree in mechanical/electrical engineering.

• Prior experience with LTA projects.
