Job description

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in the implementation of preventive and predictive maintenance programs for all M&E systems and services, ensuring optimal functionality at all times.

• Support the administration of maintenance contracts, including facilities management, BMS/BAS, generator sets, and improvement works.

• Assist in preparing the budget (CAPEX & OPEX) for M&E systems.

• Plan and procure contracts, services, parts, and equipment.

• Conduct, supervise, and follow up on inspections, replacements, and rectification works.

• Ensure contractors and vendors complete repair and maintenance work within required timelines and standards.

• Supervise and lead a team of outsourced service providers to maintain high standards in facilities management and system maintenance.

• Execute facilities management programs for all M&E systems and services in the buildings.

• Ensure timely renewal of services, licenses, permits, and contracts.

Job Requirements:

• Degree from a reputable institution, preferably in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field.

• Familiarity with local Codes of Practice, Building, and Fire Safety Regulations.

• Experience in the design and maintenance of M&E equipment and systems in commercial buildings.

• Knowledge of Green Mark criteria and WSH-Bizsafe requirements is an advantage.

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience. Candidates with 5 or more years of experience may be considered for the Assistant Operations Manager role.
