Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Architecture or Engineering.
• Minimum work experience in the MEP field, preferably in building construction.

Responsibilities

• Preparation of MEP drawings, shop drawings, and as-built drawings.
• Ensure all drawings comply with project specifications and requirements.
• Assist in coordinating MEP services drawings with various design aspects.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Preparation of MEP drawings, shop drawings, and as-built drawings.
• Drawings for building services such as electrical, air conditioning, plumbing, sanitary, and fire protection systems.
• Produce accurate CAD drawings according to project requirements.
• Ensure all drawings comply with project specifications and requirements.
• Assist in coordinating all MEP services drawings related to architectural, structural, landscape, and interior design.
• Perform file management on a regular basis.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Architecture or Engineering.
• Minimum years of work experience in the MEP field, preferably in the building construction industry.
• Proficient in AUTOCAD and knowledgeable in MEP Revit.
• Ability to coordinate and establish good working relationships with project teams, clients, consultants, and subcontractors to facilitate effective coordination of work activities.
• Positive working attitude and ability to work under pressure.
