A leading engineering firm in Singapore is seeking a skilled candidate to develop 3D CAD models and coordinate M&E services drawings. The ideal candidate should have an Engineering Diploma, a background in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, and be proficient in 2D & 3D AUTOCAD. This role requires independence, motivation, and good teamwork under pressure.

Qualifications

Job description

Responsibilities:

• To develop 3D CAD models and draw 2D detail design drawings, shop drawings and as-built drawings to relevant drawing standards
• To assist in coordinating all M&E services drawings related to structural, architectural, landscape and interior design
• Prepare drawings independently and review own work prior submissions
• Update and maintain current drawings / documentation
• Discuss ideas or issues to team verbally and written

Requirements:

• Minimum Engineering Diploma or equivalent
• Mechanical or Electrical Engineering background
• Proficient in 2D & 3D AUTOCAD and other desirable software skills (Autocad Revit, BIM)
• Familiar with local building codes
• Familiar with local submission procedures
• Exposure to ISO / drafting standards
• Be independent, self-motivated, able to work under pressure and deliver timely
• Perform as a good team player
