Job summary

A leading HR advisory firm in Singapore seeks an experienced M&E Coordinator to assist in project management and coordination. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering and at least 4 years of relevant experience in the construction industry. Responsibilities include liaising with clients and ensuring successful project delivery.

Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering from a recognized institution.
• Min 4 years relevant experience in the Construction Industry, preferably with main contractor experience.
• Able to plan/coordinate site works and resolve drawing details and discrepancies.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Manager in Project Management and Project Planning.
• Ensure smooth delivery of projects through effective planning and resource management.

M&E Coordinator (A1 Main con)

5.5 days, 8am-5pm/ 8am-12pm

Salary: $3000 -$4800

Working location: Site, TBC (office at Jurong East)

Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist Project Manager in the Project Management, Project Planning, coordination and preparation of documents for submission.
• Ensure smooth delivery of projects through effective planning, management and deployment of resources.
• Liaise with various related parties including customer, sub-contractor on site to ensure project requirements are met.
• Identify and record any problems relating to the products and processes.
• Undertake any other duties and responsibilities assigned by Management

Requirements:

• Degree / Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering from a recognized institution.
• Able to plan/coordinate site works and resolve drawing details and discrepancies.
• Able to liaise with clients, consultants and subcontractors.
• Autodesk Revit MEP experience will be an advantage
• Min 4 years relevant experience in Construction Industry, preferably with main contractor experience
