Job summary

Kwan Yong Construction Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a seasoned M&E coordination professional to review, coordinate and generate M&E shop drawings, ensuring alignment with project requirements and timelines.

You will liaise with other trades on-site, arrange testing and commissioning of M&E systems, and handle contract administration for M&E sub-contractors, with Green Mark experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in mechanical or electrical engineering.
• GMAP GreenMark certification preferred.
• Experience with Green Mark Platinum SLE projects, chilled water systems, and Stage 2 verification.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD for M&E coordination.

• Arrange for testing and commissioning of M&E systems including the handover of all replacement parts, warranties, operating manuals and maintenance tools and equipment.
• Contract administration of M&E sub-contractors.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Mechanical or Electrical
• Certified Greenmark GMAP preferred.
• Experience in delivering at least one or more minimum Green Mark Platinum Super Low Energy (SLE) projects featuring Chilled Water Systems, successfully completed with Stage 2 Green Mark verification

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
• Able to produce M&E Coordination Drawing using AutoCAD
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
