M&E Coordinator

Job Responsibilities:

• Reviewing architectural, structural and M&E drawings to understand project requirements

• Developing and managing M&E timelines

• Coordinating with contractors, subcontractors and other stakeholders

• Ensuring that M&E works are completed on time and within budget

• Managing the on-site installation and commissioning of M&E activities

• Well versed with all necessary standards, code of practice and safety regulations

Requirements:

• Min 5 years of experience in construction industry

• Degree or Diploma in Architectural or equivalent
