Job summary

A construction management company is seeking an M&E Coordinator to manage all Mechanical and Electrical aspects of their projects. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Engineering, relevant experience, and strong technical knowledge of M&E systems. They will oversee subcontractors, ensure compliance with regulations, and maintain communication with clients and stakeholders. A solid background in project management software such as AutoCAD and MS Project is preferred, along with problem-solving and organizational skills.

Qualifications

  • 2-5 years of relevant experience in M&E coordination, preferably in the construction industry.
