M&E Coordinator

Job Description:

1. Attend site meetings with consultants.

2. Study M&E drawings and coordinate M&E works with the consultants and sub-contractors.

3. Resolve any technical or site issues.

4. Prepare and submit M&E construction schedule and structural penetration for approval.

5. Arrange for M&E trade demonstrations for consultant’s approval.

6. Arrange the inspection and resolve site problems.

7. Assist Quantity Surveyor in verifying various claims.

8. Ensure work is as per HDB Specifications & code of practice standards.

9. Ensure M&E works are carried out according to specifications and drawings.

10. Report to Project Director or Project Manager on any technical or site problems relating to M&E works.

11. Coordinate sub-contractor's M&E work and ensure the work is on schedule.

Job Requirements:

1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Mechanical & Electrical or equivalent.

2. At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

3. Preferably have HDB project experience.
