Job summary

TIONG SENG CONTRACTORS (PRIVATE) LIMITED is seeking an experienced M&E site coordinator to support the M&E Manager and Project Manager by coordinating subcontractors, supervising progress and quality, and preparing technical drawings and reports. You will ensure compliance with safety standards, attend progress meetings, and help deliver projects on schedule.

Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with at least 3 years' relevant experience is required; strong English

Qualifications

• Requires degree in mechanical or electrical engineering with minimum 3 years of experience in project management and/or site coordination for building or civil projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive M&E engineering support to the M&E Manager and Project Manager to ensure successful project delivery.
• Manage and coordinate with M&E subcontractors to maintain work progress according to schedule.
• Monitor and supervise work progression and quality control to ensure compliance with project requirements and safety regulations.
• Attend project and progress meetings to align work with the master program schedule.
• Prepare structural penetration shop drawings for approval to meet project specifications.
• Oversee and guide M&E staff, supervisors, and subcontractors to ensure work follows approved shop drawings, materials, and method statements.
• Prepare accurate and detailed M&E progress reports with photographs as required for project documentation.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant standards, codes of practice, and safety regulations.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support project objectives.

Job Summary
