M&E Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate all Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) works to ensure timely completion, compliance with project specifications, and adherence to the project timeline
• Supervise the installation, testing, and commissioning of M&E systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety, ensuring compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements
• Conduct regular site inspections to verify that M&E works meet safety, quality, and design specifications
• Act as the primary liaison for all M&E-related matters, facilitating communication between clients, contractors, subcontractors, and internal teams
• Collaborate with consultants and other disciplines to resolve technical challenges and ensure seamless project execution
• Manage M&E project documentation, including progress reports, submittals, and quality checklists
• Assist in the procurement process, including tender evaluation and selection of subcontractors and suppliers
• Monitor M&E costs, ensuring projects stay within budget while identifying opportunities for cost optimization
• Enforce safety standards, conducting regular audits to ensure a secure working environment
• Provide post-project support, including system handovers and resolution of any outstanding M&E issues

Requirements

• Min Diploma OR Degree in Mechanical/Electric Engineering, Building Services or related field
• Min 3 years experience in relevant industry
• Require strong knowledge of M&E Systems (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Protection)
• Proficient in AutoCAD or similar software is an advantage
• Possess Certification in WSH is an advantage
• Working Location: Kallang (Require to work on site during project)
• 5 days work week (9am - 6pm)
• Salary up to $4500
