Job summary

PVH (Tommy Hilfiger/Calvin Klein) in Singapore is seeking an experienced M&E Coordination Engineer to oversee and coordinate all M&E works on construction projects. You will liaise with architectural coordinators and design engineers to issue valid drawings for approval.

You will review project specifications, ensure works meet budget, schedule, and safety standards, and maintain comprehensive M&E drawing records while attending technical meetings with consultants.

Qualifications

• On-site coordination of M&E works across projects.
• Ability to supervise M&E installation and testing.
• Experience aligning M&E design with specifications.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage all M&E works.
• Supervise and coordinate M&E works at project site.
• Ensure M&E works are performed on time, within budget and compliant with standards.
• General on-site technical & engineering matters and quality checks.
• Monitor progress and quality of workmanship and compliance with requirements.
• Review and align M&E design and project drawings to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Review project specifications and technical clarifications.
• Prepare structural penetration shop-drawings for approval.
• Prepare M&E coordination drawings and liaise with Architectural Coordinators and Design Engineers.
• Produce M&E Coordination drawings.
• Maintain M&E drawing records.
• Attend site meetings and technical meetings with Consultants.
• Responsible for M&E works such as ACMV, Electrical, Plumbing and Sanitary.
• Must have main contractor experience.
