Job summary

PVH (Tommy Hilfiger/Calvin Klein) is seeking an experienced M&E Construction Lead to oversee day-to-day activities for mechanical and electrical works on a Singapore project. You will coordinate with M&E staff, engineers, and external parties to implement detailed plans and ensure safety and EMS compliance.

The role requires 5+ years in building/construction, solid BIM software experience, and strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical distribution, and fire protection.

Qualifications

• Minimum a recognized Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Construction Engineering or other building-related disciplines.
• At least 5 years of working experience in building and construction projects.
• Working knowledge in BIM model software.
• Strong technical knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical distribution, and fire protection.
• Familiarity with building codes, regulations, and safety standards related to M&E installations.
• Team player and able to communicate well with the team.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a keen attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day to day running of all matters relating to the construction of this project with the assistance of M&E staffs, mainly on mechanical & electrical works.
• Liaison with external parties such as clients, client representatives and authorities, etc.
• Co-ordinate the works carried out by his/her M&E Engineer and M&E Co-ordinators.
• Coordinate with consultants, engineers, and other stakeholders to develop detailed M&E plans and specifications.
• Review safety reports on compliance and non-compliance to regulatory and organizational Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) policies and Environmental Management System (EMS) standards and practices.
• Monitor progress and performance of M&E works, identifying any deviations or issues and implementing corrective measures as required.
• Manage sub-con/in progress production planning & build.
• Monitoring M&E services variation works and costs during construction stage to ensure within budget.
