M&E Construction Manager (Marine Construction)

Job Descriptions:

1. Responsible for managing a team of M&E coordinators and BIM Modelers in the design and coordination works.
2. Study M&E drawings and coordinate M&E work with the consultants and sub-contractors to resolve any technical / site issues.
3. Interfacing or M&E planning, coordination with consultants and document control such as monitoring of sample submission, approval status of drawing.
4. Attend technical and site meetings with consultants.
5. Ensure M&E works are carried out according to specifications / drawings.
6. Inform Project Director / Project Manager on any technical / site problems.
7. Supervise the progress of works on site.
8. Coordination of sub-contractor's work and ensuring the work is on schedule.

Requirements:

1. Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
2. BCA M&E Certificate (mandatory)
3. Proficient in AutoCAD & Primavera
4. Strong design and technical knowledge
5. Minimum 10 years experience as M&E Manager in large-scale projects
6. Proven leadership & team management experience
7. Excellent communication skills to liaise with consultants and sub-contractors to resolve technical/site issues
8. Proven track records of successful project completion on time and on budget or exceeding expectations will be well regarded.
9. Able to start work immediately or within short notice.
