Job summary

LiT Strategy is seeking an M&A Executive to support the Director in managing client engagements, coordinating meetings, and driving follow-up actions. The role combines deal support, client relationship management, and marketing responsibilities to strengthen our presence in the M&A space.

The incumbent will assist in M&A research, outreach, and preparation of marketing materials, while ensuring effective communication and execution of follow-up actions with clients and partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in M&A.
• Strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Director in planning, organising, and documenting meetings with clients, investors, and partners.
• Follow up promptly with clients after meetings to ensure progress.
• Support deal origination by conducting market research, profiling target companies, and coordinating outreach.
• Lead outreach efforts such as leads generation and marketing collaterals creation.
• Prepare presentations, investment teasers, and other marketing or deal collaterals.
• Liaise with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of milestones.
• Manage client databases and meeting records for relationship management.
• Contribute to marketing initiatives (social media, website, brochures).
• Provide administrative and analytical support in proposals, pitch decks, and reports.
