Job summary

KPMG SERVICES PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a tax professional with at least 3 years of experience in local and international corporate tax. The role involves advising on mergers and acquisitions, cross-border transactions and tax risk management to enhance client business value.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of relevant working experience in local Corporate Tax and/or international corporate tax.
• M&A tax experience and Singapore and international tax consulting experience preferred.
• University degree and/or postgraduate qualification in Accounting, Finance, Business or Law.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on projects such as mergers and acquisitions, cross-border transactions, corporate restructuring, IPOs, tax due diligence, rulings, incentives and risk management.
• Provide clients with tax efficient solutions based on sound knowledge of their businesses.
• Coordinate and assist for regional and/or global projects across industries.
