Our Client

Our client is a fast-growing digital advertising firm specializing in precision marketing for gaming platforms and e-commerce brands. Leveraging data science and cross-platform strategies, they deliver targeted, impactful ad campaigns—particularly through programmatic advertising technologies such as DSPs (Demand Side Platforms), social media, and mobile channels.

To support strategic growth, the company is building a dedicated M&A function focused on expanding in the gaming, ad-tech, and digital content sectors.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead or support M&A transactions, including due diligence, target evaluation, and deal structuring

• Perform valuation analysis using DCF, comparable companies, and transaction multiples

• Analyze business models in gaming and digital media (e.g., freemium, in-app purchases, ad monetization)

• Prepare financial models, valuation reports, and strategic presentations

• Collaborate with internal teams to assess potential investments or partnerships

• Monitor industry trends in gaming, mobile apps, and ad-tech

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related; MBA is a plus

• 3–5 years of experience in M&A, corporate finance, or valuation

• Strong skills in financial modeling and valuation methods

• Familiarity with digital advertising or gaming industry models is highly desirable

• Bilingual in Mandarin and English with the ability to communicate with internal teams and senior stakeholders across Taiwan and international markets

• CFA, CPA, or related certifications are a plus
