Job summary

Crypto.com in Singapore is seeking an M&A Analyst to support strategic growth initiatives across the full corporate development lifecycle. You will perform market research, target identification, due diligence, and assist with transaction execution in a fast-moving environment.

Ideal candidates are organized, curious about non-traditional industries, and able to work with cross-functional stakeholders. This is a hands-on role with exposure to post-merger integration and valuation analyses.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate post-merger integration initiatives and other cross-functional projects.
• Track project plans, timelines, actions, risks, and stakeholder updates.
• Conduct market mapping and research across technology, fintech, and other emerging sectors.
• Identify and evaluate potential acquisition targets and strategic opportunities.
• Support cross-functional due diligence activities.
• Assist with transaction execution, including analysis, presentations, and internal materials.
• Support valuation analysis and financial modelling.
