Provide exceptional customer service and product recommendations tailored to client preferences.
Drive sales of luxury watches through client engagement, storytelling, and relationship-building.
Maintain visual merchandising standards and assist in stock management.
Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, new launches, and luxury watch trends.
Support daily store operations and uphold the brand's premium service standards.
Minimum O-Level qualification with at least 1 year of experience in luxury retail (Any product category)
Strong interest or basic knowledge in luxury watches
Well-groomed, professional, and confident in engaging high-net-worth clientele
Proficiency in English is required; Mandarin-speaking is a plus to serve Mandarin-speaking clients
Permanent position with career progression opportunities
Retail shift work, up to 44 hours per week (AM/PM/Full shifts between 10:30am – 11:00pm)
Transport reimbursed for shifts ending at 11:00pm
