Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. in Singapore seeks a Sales Associate at our Orchard outlet. You will greet walk-in customers, share product knowledge, and provide polished service to drive sales and safeguard store standards.

Working hours are 10:30am–7:30pm, five days a week. Salary SGD 2,500–3,500 plus commission; experience in luxury watches or pawnshop is an advantage; weekend/public holiday work required.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury watches or pawnshop industry is an advantage.
• Able to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Serve walk-in customers and handle phone enquiries professionally.
• Share product knowledge and provide excellent customer service.
• Assist with daily store operations, including stock receiving and inventory checks.
• Maintain accurate customer records.
• Support the team in achieving store sales targets and customer satisfaction goal
