1. Role Description

This position reports to the Sales Director and works closely with both the sales and marketing teams. The candidate will focus on driving sales performance, maintaining client relationships, and expanding the company’s luxury travel client base. Candidates will gain hands-on sales experience and industry exposure in luxury travel.

2. Job Responsibilities

  • Drive sales performance to achieve and exceed individual and team targets
  • Manage and grow relationships with both new and existing clients
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and handle negotiations to close sales
  • Maintain accurate and updated sales records using the company’s CRM
  • Support marketing campaigns and promotions to drive sales conversion
  • Stay up to date with luxury travel trends
  • Provide after-sales support and service to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty

3. Required Skills

  • Strong interest in the luxury travel industry
  • Must be meticulous, with strong attention to detail
  • Demonstrates discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information
  • Goal-oriented, self-driven, and highly motivated
