Job summary

Grand Seiko Boutique – Marina Bay Sands, Singapore is seeking a Boutique Associate to deliver personalized luxury retail experiences. You will engage clients, present timepieces, and drive boutique sales with a high-touch service approach.

The role requires 2–3 years in luxury retail, strong communication, and a passion for haute horlogerie. Flexibility to work weekends and holidays is expected in a premium boutique environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of luxury retail sales experience.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Fluency in English; additional languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide tailored client engagement and sales at the boutique.
• Present Grand Seiko timepieces with emphasis on craftsmanship and heritage.
• Build and maintain a personal client database including VIPs.
• Assist with visual merchandising and daily store operations.
