Job summary

Luxasia Group is seeking a counter-based beauty professional for the SK-II brand. You will deliver personalized skincare consultations and premium customer experiences while driving sales and managing daily counter operations.

Ideal candidates are fluent communicators with grooming excellence, training will be provided, and you should be available for weekend and holiday shifts. Experience in luxury beauty is preferred; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Exemplary customer service and skincare consultation to create premium experiences.
• Ability to drive new customer acquisition and repeat business.
• Strong grooming and product knowledge with trend awareness.
• Willingness to work retail hours, weekends and holidays.
• On-the-job and skincare training provided.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and personalized skincare consultations.
• Achieve sales targets through new and repeat business, cross-selling and upselling.
• Build relationships via CRM, clienteling and follow-up to promote loyalty.
• Represent SK-II brand with professional grooming and product knowledge.
• Manage counter operations: merchandising, stock, inventory, cash handling and SOP compliance.
• Safeguard assets and maintain accurate inventory records and audits.
• Support product launches and in-store events to drive performance.
• Collaborate with Counter Leader and team; participate in training to enhance selling capabilities.
