A luxury retail company in Singapore seeks a dedicated customer service representative to maintain high standards of service and assist with boutique operations. Ideal candidates will have at least 1 year of experience in luxury retail or high-end jewellery sales and possess strong communication skills. The role requires flexibility to work on weekends and public holidays.
Provide personalized, high-standard customer service that reflects Mikimoto’s brand values.
Maintain deep product knowledge to confidently present Mikimoto jewellery to discerning clients.
Support day-to-day boutique operations including stock management, visual merchandising, and POS transactions.
Maintain professionalism
Minimum 1 year experience in luxury retail or high-end jewellery sales.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages a plus).
Passionate about luxury goods, heritage brands, and delivering exceptional service.
Confident, professional grooming, and an eye for detail.
Flexible to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
