Luxury Retail Design Intern — APAC

Job summary

Guerlain, a heritage luxury perfume and cosmetics house, invites a Regional VM / Retail Design Trainee to join the APAC team in Singapore. You will help create counter concepts, develop CAD libraries, and ensure designs align with global HQ guidelines for store openings and events.

Working with a cross-functional team, you will learn to manage design projects from concept through installation, while gaining exposure to the luxury retail landscape and regional market needs.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from an accredited program in Interior Design, Architecture, Visual Merchandising or related field.
• Proficiency in design software and ability to translate guidelines into visuals for luxury retail environments.
• Ability to commit to a full-time internship for at least 6 months starting Sept 2026.

Responsibilities

• Elaborate and render design proposals and technical drawings per HQ guidelines and briefs from Merchandising, Commercial and Marketing.
• Study, adapt guidelines to different markets and implement them on counter concepts.
• Lead projects to ensure timely, high-quality deliverables with supervisor oversight.
• Develop CAD Library for Store Concepts and incorporate updates from Global.
• Support Hard Merchandising and Marketing teams to ensure flawless execution of counters, launches and displays.
