Job summary

IRIS GALERIE in Singapore invites energetic Gallery Sales Advisors to join our Sentosa, Jewel Changi and Haji Lane venues. You will welcome guests, guide them through the iris photography experience, and help convert interest into purchases in a fast-paced luxury retail setting.

We seek sales-driven individuals with a passion for customer service, who thrive on targets, upselling, and delivering a memorable brand experience across multiple channels.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail sales, hospitality, luxury, tourism or another customer-facing environment is preferred.
• Strong commercial mindset with a genuine passion for sales and customer service.
• Comfortable approaching and engaging with customers proactively.

Responsibilities

• Proactively welcome and engage with visitors entering the gallery.
• Create a warm, personalised and memorable customer experience.
• Introduce and explain the IRIS GALERIE concept and confidently present the iris photography experience.
• Advise guests needs, preferences through effective questioning and active listening.
• Guide customers through the experience, including the photography, reveal and product selection.
• Present our different formats, finishes and complementary products according to customer needs.
• Handle customer questions, hesitations and objections with confidence and professionalism.
• Develop opportunities to upsell and cross-sell relevant products.
• Build trust and create an emotional connection with customers to support the purchase decision.
• Take ownership of the customer journey from first contact through to closing the sale.
• Achieve individual and gallery sales and conversion targets.
