Responsibilities:

  • Customer Assistance: Provide exceptional, personalized service to customers, assisting them in a friendly and professional manner. Answer product inquiries, offer in-depth product knowledge, and guide customers in making informed purchasing decisions.

  • Sales Engagement: Actively engage with customers by identifying their needs, demonstrating product features and benefits, and closing sales effectively. Maintain a high level of enthusiasm and passion for the products and brand, creating a memorable shopping experience.

  • Visual Merchandising: Participate in creating eye-catching product displays and maintaining the store’s visual appeal. Ensure that merchandise is properly arranged and displayed to highlight the brand’s luxury image and increase customer interest.

  • Upselling & Cross-Selling: Suggest complementary products to enhance customers’ shopping experience and boost sales. Effectively use sales techniques to encourage add-on purchases, creating value for both the customer and the business.

  • Ad-Hoc Duties: Assist with various operational tasks, such as stock replenishment, inventory checks, and any other responsibilities assigned by management to maintain store operations.

Requirements:

  • Luxury Retail Experience: Previous experience in luxury retail sales is essential, showcasing a strong understanding of high-end products and customer expectations.
