Job summary

CAREERALLY PTE. LTD. is seeking two Sales Advisors for luxury fashion retail located in Central Area and Changi. The role involves greeting customers, giving product recommendations, answering inquiries, and driving sales while staying on top of fashion trends.

Responsibilities include inventory support, visual merchandising, and maintaining store presentation. You will handle POS transactions and ensure excellent customer service, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of retail sales experience, preferably in leather goods or luxury retail.
• Strong verbal communication with customers.
• Knowledge of fashion trends and store offerings.
• Passion for delivering excellent service and creating a positive shopping experience.
• Experience using POS systems and cash handling.
• Willing to work retail hours including weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, offer product recommendations, and answer inquiries.
• Stay updated on fashion trends and meet sales targets.
• Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment.
• Support visual merchandising and store cleanliness.
• Handle transactions, cash, returns and exchanges using POS.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties.
