Responsibilities

• Deliver a world-class luxury shopping experience to international and local clientele.

• Build meaningful customer relationships while achieving individual and store sales goals.

• Represent the brand with polished grooming, product knowledge, and exceptional service.

• Support store operations, including inventory handling and visual merchandising excellence.

• Be a key team player in a high-traffic retail environment.

Requirements

• Minimum O-Level qualification or equivalent.

• Warm, service-oriented personality with strong communication skills.

• Comfortable with retail shift work, including weekends and public holidays.

• Ability to communicate in Mandarin will be an advantage, due to the large volume of Mandarin-speaking customers.

• Prior luxury or fashion retail experience is a plus – but we welcome passionate learners.

Work Hours & Locations

• Retail shift work (up to 44 hours per week), with AM / PM / Full shifts between 10am – 10pm

• Open roles available at: Takashimaya, Paragon, Mandarin Gallery, Raffles City, and Marina Bay Sands

• Based on historical performance, average performers earn $3,000–$3,500/month
