Job Purpose:

Our client is a renowned luxury bridal boutique, celebrated for its curated collection of exquisite designer gowns available for rental. They are seeking a Luxury Bridal Sales Consultant—an enthusiastic and stylish team player with strong interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for fashion—to join their team at one of Singapore's premier destinations for high-end bridal fashion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service while consistently achieving sales targets and KPIs.
  • Lead personalized consultations with brides, understanding their preferences and recommending the ideal gowns and packages.
  • Collaborate with seamstresses to ensure each gown is perfectly tailored to meet the customer’s specifications.
  • Partner with managers to resolve any product or service concerns, addressing customer complaints, identifying root causes, offering effective solutions, and following up for customer satisfaction.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email, messages, or calls, ensuring that all requests are documented and addressed efficiently.
  • Perform various administrative and operational tasks to support daily business operations.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or front-end sales, ideally within the hospitality or service industries.
  • Minimum of a diploma or degree in any field.
  • Positive attitude with a proactive approach and a strong customer-focused mindset
  • Strong team player, capable of thriving in a sales-driven environment.
  • Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.
  • A keen eye for fashion and styling, with an understanding of bridal trends.
  • Strong multitasking abilities and the ability to perform well under pressure.
