HRNET VENTURES PTE. LTD. seeks a Luxury Beauty Retail Assistant to deliver personalised shopping experiences in a premium setting. You will recommend skincare and beauty products, demonstrate features, and help customers meet their needs while maintaining attractive displays.
The role offers product training, career development, and exposure to luxury beauty retail. Weekend and public holiday shifts are required, with a basic salary plus commissions.
Competenze
- Prior retail or customer service experience is preferred.
- Experience in beauty, skincare, cosmetics or luxury retail will be an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for beauty products and willingness to learn.
- Customer-focused with a positive working attitude.
- Able to work retail shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

- Deliver excellent customer service and personalised shopping experiences.
- Recommend skincare, cosmetics and beauty products based on customer needs.
- Demonstrate product features and explain benefits.
- Work towards individual and store sales targets.
- Maintain product displays, merchandising standards and store cleanliness.
