Job summary

The Ritz-Carlton Singapore invites an experienced AV Technician to join our events team at Marina Bay. You will set up, operate, and troubleshoot all AV, projection, lighting, and conferencing equipment for banquet events, ensuring flawless delivery.

You will inspect equipment, manage cables safely, assist guests, and uphold MVP SOPs while maintaining a professional appearance and teamwork with banquet staff.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• At least 2 years of related work experience.
• No supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and troubleshoot AV, projection, lighting, and conferencing equipment.
• Ensure equipment is operational and cables are secured.
• Prepare room layouts and verify against Banquet Event Order.
• Instruct guests on proper use of AV equipment and upsell services.
• Break down and secure equipment after events.
• Follow MVP SOPs and safety procedures.
