3. 岗位职责 Key Responsibilities

3.1 新加坡本地资源协调(餐厅/ 酒店 / 门票 / 交通等)

  • 负责本地旅行相关资源的询价、预订与供应商维护
    Handle quotations, bookings, and vendor communication for local travel-related resources
  • 管理供应商数据库,维护更新相关价格与条款信息
    Maintain and update supplier records and rates
  • 支持项目团队完成日常资源安排与应急协调
    Assist in resource arrangement and last-minute coordination for ongoing programs

3.2 新加坡出境业务支持(目的地设计+客户对接)

  • 协助客户设计从新加坡出发的旅游路线
    Support the design of outbound travel itineraries from Singapore
  • 根据客户需求进行酒店、航班、地接资源等预订和沟通
    Arrange hotel, flight, and local transport bookings as per client requests
  • 对接本地客户,进行行程沟通、修改与售后协调
    Liaise with Singapore-based clients for itinerary planning and follow-up

3.3 跨部门支持与项目执行协作

  • 协助团队处理项目执行过程中的各类任务,如活动资料准备、名单整理、行程安排等
    Support the team in execution tasks such as material preparation, list coordination, logistics, etc.
  • 参与团队例会与项目回顾,提出建议与优化思路
    Participate in team discussions and contribute ideas for process improvement

3.4 支援其他团队需求(如课程开发/ 产品设计等)

  • 根据团队安排,支持课程/活动/内容等其他协作工作
    Assist in product, course, or content development tasks as needed

4. 任职要求 Requirements

  • 有1年以上旅游、酒店、票务或相关服务业经验优先
    At least 1 year of experience in travel, hospitality, ticketing, or a related service sector preferred
  • 做事认真勤快,细致负责,能够按时完成任务
    Reliable and hardworking, with a keen eye for detail and strong task ownership
  • 良好的沟通协调能力,能够与团队、客户、供应商保持顺畅沟通
    Strong communication skills with a collaborative team spirit
  • 熟练使用基本办公软件(如Excel、PPT, Google Sheets、飞书等)
    Proficient in standard office tools (Excel, PPT, Google Sheets, Lark, etc.)
  • 中英文沟通无障碍(口头与书面)
    Fluent in both Chinese and English, written and spoken
  • 具备主动性,能够有条理地整理多线程任务并及时沟通进度
    Self-driven, highly organized, and able to communicate clearly across multiple ongoing tasks
  • 适应快节奏、任务多样的团队环境
    Comfortable in a fast-paced, multi-tasking team setting

5. 加分项 Bonus Skills

  • 熟练运用线上工具如小红书、ChatGPT、Notion、AI工具等,具备调研与快速搜集资料的能力
    Familiar with online tools such as Xiaohongshu, ChatGPT, Notion, or AI platforms; strong in research and resource gathering
  • 有一定设计与策划经验,能独立制作PPT、Canva视觉稿、简报等材料
    Some experience in content creation or planning, including preparing slides, Canva designs, or presentation decks
  • 具备客户思维与服务意识,擅长从用户视角优化流程与内容呈现
    User-focused mindset with a knack for improving content and process from a client’s perspective
