Job summary

Public Service Division is seeking an Engineering Assistant, Traffic Management to support road assessments and traffic scheme design. You will review traffic plans for civil design and operations, with GIS knowledge considered an asset.

The role requires a technical diploma/NITEC and proficiency with Microstation CAD and MS Office. A Class 3 driving licence is preferred and you may undergo medical declarations during shortlisting.

You may be required to conduct road assessments to support the design of traffic schemes and review traffic plans related to civil design and traffic operations. Knowledge of basic GIS is an added advantage. This role offers a dynamic career for technically trained and people-oriented individuals.

• • Diploma in Engineering or NITEC / Higher NITEC certificate in any technical discipline of studies /
• • Competence in producing Microstation CAD drawing, Microsoft Office Excel and Word
• • Resourceful, independent, and self-motivated with ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• • A team player with good interpersonal, written and spoken communication skills
• • Preferably possess a Class 3 driving licence
