Job summary

Public Service Division is seeking an EXECUTIVE ENGINEER/ ENGINEER, SYSTEMS ASSURANCE to join the teams supporting transit and traffic projects for LTA. You will contribute to systems assurance, reliability, availability, maintainability and safety analyses and help in engineering management support.

You will review engineering standards, support external MSI Global consultancy projects, and collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver safe, reliable transit solutions.

Qualifications

• Background knowledge in Electrical / Electronics / Computer / Mechanical Engineering.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in transit engineering design or project.
• Strong analytical mind and ability to work independently.
• Knowledge of Systems Assurance (reliability, availability, maintainability and safety), safety management and certification processes.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• More experienced candidates may be considered for senior positions.

[What the role is]

EXECUTIVE ENGINEER/ ENGINEER, SYSTEMS ASSURANCE

[What you will be working on]

You will provide systems assurance support to various transit and traffic projects. You will assist in providing engineering management support; the development of engineering standards; as well as reviewing systems reliability, availability, maintainability and safety analyses for LTA. You will also be involved in external consultancy projects through MSI Global projects.

[What we are looking for]

• Background knowledge in Electrical / Electronics / Computer / Mechanical Engineering
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in transit engineering design or project
• Good team player with strong analytical mind and ability to work independently
• Knowledge of Systems Assurance (e.g. Reliability, Availability, Maintainability and Safety), safety management and certification process and Electrical and Mechanical systems knowledge from past or current transit and traffic projects.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Those with more relevant years of experience will be considered for senior positions
