What the role is

SCRUM MASTER

What you will be working on

As a Scrum Master at LTA, you will play a pivotal role in facilitating Agile practices for ICT projects, ensuring the team operates efficiently, and delivering high-quality products. You will work closely with Product Owners, development teams, and stakeholders to drive continuous improvement and foster a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as an independent Scrum Master for ICT projects involving external Agile contracts.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies: lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Identify and remove impediments to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Coach and mentor team members on Agile practices, fostering continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to communicate project goals, priorities, and requirements clearly.
  • Monitor and report on team progress, sprint goals, and performance metrics for transparency.
  • Promote Agile best practices and support team adaptation and evolution.
  • Foster a collaborative team environment, encouraging effective communication and conflict resolution.
What we are looking for
  • Knowledge in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM)) are preferred.
  • At least 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master or in similar Agile roles.
  • Skills:
    • Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and coaching teams.
    • Strong understanding of Scrum and Agile principles.
    • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
    • Effective conflict resolution and impediment removal skills.
    • Experience with Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence) is a plus.
