The Land Transport Authority is seeking a motivated Power Applications Developer/Analyst for its IT team. The ideal candidate will have experience in low-code solutions and be responsible for developing applications using Microsoft Power Platform, collaborating with users, and ensuring scalable solutions.

What you will be working on:
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Power Applications Developer/Analyst to join our IT team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about low-code development, digital transformation, and delivering scalable solutions using Microsoft Power Platform. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Power Apps, Power Automate, and other low-code tools e.g OutSystems. Familiarity with cloud services (e.g., Microsoft Azure, AWS, Google Cloud) is a strong advantage.
Design, develop, and maintain applications using Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate
Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Develop and manage SharePoint Online, Dataverse, and Microsoft 365 integrations
Implement workflows, approval processes, and automation using Power Automate
Ensure application performance, scalability, and security best practices
Prepare user guides, conduct training sessions, and provide ongoing support
Participate in system testing, UAT, deployment, and documentation
Collaborate with IT teams and business stakeholders to ensure successful solution delivery using agile methodology
Assist in environment and license management related to Power Platform
Explore and prototype integration with external cloud services (e.g., Azure Functions, AWS Lambda, APIs) when required
What we are looking for:
Essential
Knowledge in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
1–3 years of hands-on experience in Power Apps (Canvas and/or Model-driven)
Experience in Power Automate for building flows and process automation
Proficiency with SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 integration
Good understanding of low-code principles and ability to develop without extensive coding
Strong communication skills to work with both technical and non-technical users
Preferred / Good to Have
Experience in harnessing AI tools such as Co-pilot to accelerate application development in areas of error reduction and debugging, workflow automation and data integration/modelling
Exposure to other low-code platforms (e.g OutSystems)
Familiarity with cloud platforms like Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud
Knowledge of Dataverse, SQL, or Power BI is an added advantage
Basic understanding of JSON, REST APIs, and custom connectors
Microsoft certifications in Power Platform or Azure (e.g., PL-100, PL-400, AZ-900)
