Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Quantity Surveyors in managing contracts, subcontracts, and agreements.

• Develop procurement strategies, including vendor shortlisting, tender management, bid evaluation, and preparation of internal approval documents.

• Oversee main contract progress claims, subcontractor payments, and variation claim management.

• Prepare and monitor project cash flow forecasts and cost value reports.

• Manage project timelines and budgets while conducting commercial and rate negotiations.

• Provide guidance on contractual matters and support dispute resolution processes.

• Work closely with the Project Team to deliver financial insights and contractual support across all project phases.

Requirements

• Candidate with senior quantity surveyor experience are welcome to apply.
