Job summary

PlusWealth Capital Management LLP is seeking Software Engineers to help build the next generation of a high-frequency trading platform. You will contribute to the design, implementation, and optimization of a fast, data-driven system at the intersection of finance and low-level engineering.

You’ll work on market data feed handlers, exchange gateways, risk-management tools, and performance-tracking systems to push nanosecond-level improvements while engaging in rigorous testing and documentation.

Qualifications

• Requires a degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related quantitative field.
• Strong knowledge of C++ and object-oriented programming with memory management.
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and computational complexity.
• Familiarity with Linux OS and networking concepts (TCP/IP, UDP).
• Exposure to Python or Bash/Shell scripting for automation and data analysis.
• Brilliant problem-solving abilities and passion for building fast, robust systems.
• Excellent communication and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement high-efficiency low-latency trading infrastructure, including market data feed handlers and exchange execution gateways.
• Design and build sophisticated risk-management systems and real-time performance-tracking tools.
• Facilitate the evolving needs of trading strategies by architecting scalable and resilient system interfaces.
• Assist in the development of systems that provide seamless access to historical market data and trading simulations.
• Build and maintain internal tools to analyze large datasets for market patterns and performance metrics.
• Optimize the platform using network and systems programming to achieve nanosecond-level performance improvements.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including rigorous testing and documentation of new features.
