Job summary

Alphaeus Pte Ltd is seeking a hands-on JSM Implementation Engineer to support the design, implementation and migration of an ITSM platform on GovTech SHIP-HAT. You will help modernise service-management processes, simplify workflows, implement automation and integrate JSM with Jira, Confluence, GitLab and other enterprise platforms.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience implementing Jira Service Management (JSM).
• Experience with JSM workflows, request types, forms, queues, SLAs, automation and permissions.
• Good understanding of ITSM processes and practices.
• Jira/JSM migration experience, ideally from Server/Data Center to cloud-based environment.
• Experience with workflow automation, REST APIs and system integrations.
• Experience with Jira and Confluence.

• Jira/JSM migration experience, preferably from Server or Data Center to a cloud-based environment.
• Experience with workflow automation, business rules, REST APIs and system integrations.
• Experience with Jira and Confluence.
• Strong troubleshooting, documentation and stakeholder communication skills.

Preferred Experience

• GitLab or DevOps toolchain integration.
• JSM Assets / CMDB.
• ITIL certification or strong practical ITIL knowledge.
• Enterprise or government environments.
• AI-enabled ITSM or AIOps, including ticket classification, incident summarisation, knowledge recommendations or intelligent routing.
