Job summary

re-zoo-me is seeking a Low-Code Engineer (Developer) to design and deliver OutSystems workflow applications in Singapore. You will build screens and workflow logic, implement integrations and APIs, and support end-to-end delivery, including data migration planning and cutover activities.

You will participate in testing cycles, resolve defects, and maintain technical documentation while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful migration and deployment.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of software delivery experience with strong hands-on OutSystems development (ODC preferred).
• Experience building workflow-based applications (approvals, routing, notifications, role-based access).
• Working knowledge of integration development (REST APIs, authentication patterns, error handling).
• Experience supporting testing cycles (unit/integration, SIT/UAT) and structured defect resolution.
• Practical experience in data migration activities (mapping, transformation, validation/reconciliation, cutover support).
• Able to produce clear technical documentation and work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and configure ODC workflow applications based on approved requirements, solution architecture, and UI/UX designs.
• Build screens, workflow logic, business rules, approval routing, notifications, and data models to support end-to-end user journeys.
• Develop APIs and integrations with enterprise systems, following agreed integration patterns and security requirements.
• Define data migration scope and approach, including source-to-target mappings, transformation rules, cleansing needs, and validation criteria.
• Develop and execute ETL/migration scripts or utilities, coordinating migration activities with project team members and source-system owners.
• Run mock migrations, perform data validation and reconciliation, and ensure migrated data is complete, accurate, and consistent.
• Support cutover activities, including migration sequencing, production verification, and rollback planning/support.
• Perform unit and integration testing, and support SIT/UAT through troubleshooting and timely defect resolution.
• Maintain technical documentation (application and migration) and conduct knowledge transfer to client/support teams.

About the Role

You will develop application screens and workflow logic, implement integrations and APIs, and support end-to-end delivery activities including testing, defect resolution, documentation, and knowledge transfer. This role also includes hands‑on involvement in data migration planning and execution, ensuring legacy data is migrated accurately and safely through cutover.
