Job Description

Changi Lounge

  • Attend to all walk-in guests on enquiries,needs and complaints

  • Provide excellent customer service to guests

  • Maintain cleanliness of work area

  • Ensure proper records of facility usage and that corresponding charges are keyed into system and maintained accurately

  • Prepare and serve the food and beverage to guests

  • Operate dishwashing machinery to clean all cutleries

  • Other duties as assigned

Changi Giftshop

  • Attend to all walk-in guests on enquiries,needs and complaints

  • Provide excellent customer service to guests

  • Perform cashiering duties

  • Perform price tagging, regular stock takes and stock replenishment of merchandise

Experience Studio

  • Attend to all walk-in guests on enquiries,needs and complaints

  • Provide excellent customer service to guests

  • Actively promote ticketing packages, promotions and sales at the main admission area

  • Assist in the exhibition galleries and safeguard studio artifacts

  • Facilitate guided tour of various group of people

  • Perform end to end ticketing sales and cashiering duties

Requirements

  • Minimum GCE ‘O’ level with 1-2 years of hospitality experience

  • Able to work in a fast pace and challenging environment

  • Able to work on shifts including weekends and PHs
