Job summary

HUB EXPRESS SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a delivery driver to inspect vehicles before trips, load goods according to run sheets, and deliver orders on assigned routes across Singapore. You will stay in touch with traffic controllers and customer service, unload per client specs, and confirm deliveries with customers.

Daily updates on returns and disputes are required, along with handling ad hoc tasks as needed to ensure timely deliveries.

Qualifications

• Singapore Driving Licence (3) is required.
• Physically fit for loading/unloading cargo.
• Point-to-point deliveries.
• Order tracking and vehicle maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities

• Inspect the vehicle before departing to deliver goods.
• Pack and load products onto trucks per run sheet/invoice/job order.
• Deliver orders to customers on assigned routes.
• Maintain communication with traffic controller and customer service.
• Unload goods as per client specifications.
• Review deliveries with customers to ensure needs are met.
• Obtain delivery confirmations from each customer.
• Daily updates on returns/disputes for accounts.
• Perform any other ad hoc assignment.

Inspect the vehicle before departing to deliver goods

Pack and load products onto trucks according to the company's specifications (based on run sheet/DO/invoice/job order, etc.).

Delivery orders to customers on assigned routes

Maintain ongoing communication with the traffic controller/customer service team.

Unload goods as per client specifications

Review deliveries with customers to ensure products meet their needs (Checking of times)

Obtain delivery confirmations from each customer.

Daily update(s) and monitoring on all other accounts' returns/dispute (s).

Any other ad hoc assignment
