Job summary

TT EMPLOYMENT PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a warehouse operative to manage and maintain inventory, pick and pack implant sets, and inspect shipments. The role includes issuing documents, supporting admin duties, and learning new skills as required.

Secondary duties involve loading/unloading for deliveries, ensuring paperwork is complete, and following routes across Singapore. A valid Class 3/4 driving license and physical fitness are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse operations and inventory control.
• Must hold a valid Class 3/4 driving license.
• Ability to perform stock counts and handle documentation accurately.
• Willingness to learn new skills and take on ad-hoc duties.

Responsibilities

• Managing and maintaining warehouse and inventory
• Picking and packing of Implant sets according to orders of the sales team
• Inspect Incoming Shipments, checking expiry, stocking materials in the warehouse, periodic stock count
• Issuing Purchase orders and ensuring accuracy of documents
• Support Admin manager with Admin duties and any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
• Willing to learn new skills.
• Perform loading & unloading of products to customer
• Ensure documents are in order – chopped & signed by customer
• Collect payment if required
• Assist in other duty as assigned by the supervisor
• Must know Singapore route well

Primary
