Job summary

MORROW Medical in Singapore is seeking an Exercise Scientist to lead assessment and evaluation of participants’ physical performance, focusing on strength, power, functional capacity, and cardiorespiratory fitness within a multidisciplinary team of physicians and health coaches.

You will generate actionable reports linking results to longevity outcomes; collaborate on personalised exercise prescriptions; ensure testing protocols are evidence-based and scalable across in-person and digital

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Exercise Science, Exercise Physiology, Sports Science, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead strength and power testing per protocol.
• Perform functional movement and performance assessments.
• Administer VO₂ max and submaximal tests.
• Generate data-driven reports for clinicians and clients.
• Develop personalised exercise prescriptions.
• Ensure protocols are evidence-based and repeatable.
• Support research and contribute to studies on exercise and longevity.
