  • Minimum of 2 years clinical experience in musculoskeletal, neurological, cardiac or other rehabilitation.

  • Conduct comprehensive physical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for patients.
  • Implement evidence-based physiotherapy interventions to improve mobility, strength, and function.
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
  • Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, injury prevention, and rehabilitation strategies.

Role Overview

Physiotherapists at MORROW are clinical movement specialists, responsible for delivering comprehensive, evidence-based rehabilitation and performance optimisation care. Physiotherapists are expected to monitor outcomes, adapt interventions based on progress, and empower patients through education and long-term movement strategies. In addition to direct patient care, the role supports clinical excellence through accurate documentation, participation in wellness initiatives, and collaboration with physicians, health coaches, nutritionists, and the Head of Clinical Operations to uphold quality standards, internal audits, and licensing compliance.
