Job summary

YCH Group in Singapore is seeking a warehouse operations support to assist in daily warehouse activities, monitor deliveries, and coordinate shipments. The role involves handling shipping documents for imports/exports and acting as a contact point with stakeholders.

You will help maintain stock accuracy, file documents, conduct cycle counts, and prepare reports for management review. Monday to Friday 8am-5:30pm with alternate Saturday mornings in the West Area facilities.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• a. To support day-to-day operations in warehouse, monitor and coordinate deliveries and shipment.
• b. To prepare all shipping document for import and export shipment.
• c. To perform the role of contact point with internal and external stakeholder on shipment arrangement.
• d. To assist on customers / suppliers’ inquiries via phone call or email.
• e. To ensure all inventory transactions are completed within the timeline and maintain stock accuracy.
• f. To upkeep and file related documentations on time and accurately. (E.g. delivery orders, shipping documents and inventory records etc).
• g. To plan and conduct periodic Stock Quantity Cycle Count in accordance with company policy & procedures.
• h. To prepare and submit regular reports on warehouse utilization, inventory, stock movement and general matters for management review.
• i. To ensure storage and office areas are well-maintained.
• j. To perform other job-related functions as and when necessary as directed by Superior.
